📋 Consultation Requirements

When requesting an appointment, please include:

• Tattoo size (in inches or rough dimensions)

• Placement on your body

• Reference images or style inspiration

Providing accurate details helps us prepare your design in advance and avoid delays.

🔒 Deposit Required

A non-refundable deposit is required to book your tattoo appointment. This deposit goes toward the final price of your tattoo.

🚫 Deposit Forfeiture

Your deposit may be forfeited if:

• You don’t reschedule within 48hrs

• You do not show up for your appointment

• You reschedule more than once

• You are more than 30 minutes late without notice

• You change your idea drastically on the day of your session

🔁 Cancellations & Rescheduling

• You must give 48+ hours notice to reschedule and keep your deposit

• Only one reschedule is allowed per deposit

• Any additional changes may require a new deposit

• Please arrive on time

• If you’re 30+ minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and deposit lost

• Designs are created before your appointment

• Minor adjustments can be made the day of

• Major changes may result in rescheduling and a new deposit

• No children, pets, or extra guests unless cleared in advance

• This ensures a focused and safe environment

• Reschedule if you’re sick or feeling unwell

• Let us know about any medical conditions (e.g., blood thinners, skin conditions)

• Remaining balance is due at the end of your session
